⏳Hello! I am Lara and the Creatrix of the SandStory approach that has spread from SandStory Therapy® to SandStory Supervision® and SandStory Skills®!

I am SO deeply passionate at how SandStory Skills® can support our allies in the field - those non-therapists who are on the front line, particularly in schools, where they are responsible - without training, support, financial recognition or praise - for the emotional wellbeing of those in their care.

⏳It became a burning mission to help provide a training for these people - and to ensure that the training held them and the ones in their care as safe as possible. The best people to teach them I knew were people like you - a Therapist or Counsellor. You understand how deep the psyche works and know that holding things safely in the conscious is the only remit for those non-therapists. Only you can help them to practice safe, soft skills, holding the work gently in the conscious.

⏳I've been in your position. I taught an incredible group of Behaviour Support Practitioners how to work safely with the excluded children in their care - and saw the incredible effect it had.
